Planning a birthday party has never been easier — or more fun. At The Lobby Gaming Club, your group gets access to our cozy gaming lounge, 2,000+ games, and a team who knows how to make every celebration feel epic.

We offer two party options depending on the size of your group and how private you’d like your event to be:

🕹️ Shared-Space Party

$25 per guest (2 hours of gaming) or $30 per guest(1 drink 1 snack included)

Perfect for groups who want a fun, relaxed celebration while the lounge stays open to the public.

What’s Included:

  • Reserved gaming stations for your group (1 station per 3 guests)
    Example: 9 guests = 3 stations reserved

  • 2 hours of guaranteed game time
    (Most groups can keep playing longer if space allows.)

  • Access to our entire 2,000+ game library

  • Bring your own food, drinks, and cake
    (Please ensure drinks have a closeable lid or cap to help protect our equipment.)

Party Notes:

  • The lounge remains open to other guests.

  • Our staff help keep your group organized and pre-load any requested games.

  • Maximum group size: 15 people.
    Larger groups require a private booking.

Deposit:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.
Remaining balance + tax is due on the day of the event.

🔒 Private Party Booking

$750 — Exclusive use of The Lobby (2 hours)

Your squad gets the entire gaming lounge to yourselves — no public access, no interruptions. Just pure birthday fun.

What’s Included:

  • Exclusive use of the whole lounge for 2 hours

  • Doors locked for safety and privacy

  • Space for up to 20 people

  • Full access to:

    • PlayStation stations

    • Xbox stations

    • Nintendo Switch 2 setups

    • Retro games

    • Couch co-op zones

    • Our entire 2,000+ game library

  • Ability to bring your own food, drinks, cake, and decorations

  • Optional mini-tournaments or themed challenges run by our staff

Deposit:

A 50% deposit is required to hold your date.
Remaining balance + tax is due on the day of the event.

For Both Party Options

  • We pre-load any games you request

  • If you share guest ages, we’ll curate age appropriate, co-op, and popular titles

  • You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, and drinks

  • Drinks must have lids(no cans or open cups)
